1. 14-Day Return Window

You have 14 days from the date you receive your shipment to request a return. If 14 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility Requirements for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your items must meet the following criteria:

• The item must be unused, unaltered, and in the same condition that you received it.

• It must be in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and protective seals.

• You must provide the original invoice, receipt, or proof of purchase.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

As a wholesale buyer, please inspect your bulk order immediately upon delivery.

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect appliance/item, you must report it to our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery.

• Please provide clear photos or a short video of the defect or damage along with your claim.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of goods cannot be returned:

• Items showing signs of physical damage due to improper handling, installation, or electrical fluctuations after delivery.

• Items purchased on clearance or marked as "Final Sale".

5. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at fivestarwholesale111@gmail.com.

• Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or our warehouse without receiving a confirmed Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from us.

• Customers/buyers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Refunds & Inspection

Once your return is received and inspected by our technical team, we will send you an email or message to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment or store credit, within a certain amount of days.

• If rejected: Items that do not meet our return conditions will be sent back to the buyer at the buyer's expense.
